### Do unused development hours roll over to the next month?

Yes — on the Care+ plan, up to 50% of your unused monthly development hours carry forward into the next billing cycle. For example, if you use only 6 of your 10 hours in April, 2 hours roll into May, giving you 12 hours that month. Rollover hours expire after one billing cycle and cannot be accumulated indefinitely. The Core plan does not include rollover.

### Can you maintain a website that was originally built by another developer or agency?

No. Our retainer covers engineering time, monitoring infrastructure, and operational overhead. Third-party commercial plugin licenses (e.g., WPBakery, Elementor Pro, ACF Pro, premium Shopify apps) remain your responsibility. However, we manage the renewal tracking, compatibility testing, and installation of all licensed tools as part of your maintenance allocation.
